I have always thought that Pizza
was one of the best dishes
that best represented our country, Italy.
Above all that it could tell a story,
the story that each of us handed down,
enclosing identity
and tradition in every recipe.
For this reason,
from generation to generation,
we always have an evolution
of what is our past
and our idea of Pizza,
as this meets new techniques
and new knowledge
on the part of the Pizza Chef.
